WHAT TO EXPECT

We take the best from group fitness practices (like Yoga, Martial Arts, and Strength Training) and combine them in a unique way that works in harmony with your body's natural movement. This means you can stay balanced with your workouts to maximise fitness, while helping to eliminate injury. 

Classes

 

 

[MOVE]

Flow through body weight movements inspired by martial arts, dance, and animal patterns that will leave you feeling natural, awake, and free. (45minutes)

[AFTERBURN]

Using weights and HIIT training, you will become a calorie burning furnace, ramping up your metabolism for hours after the workout. (45minutes)

[PERFORMANCE]

Bringing back playful games and competition that will have you pushing yourself while having fun. You won't even notice you're exercising. (45minutes)
