IT ALL STARTED WHEN..

Technique, tempo and movement are the cornerstones to my training philosophy. Realising the importance of enhancing and maintaining my own physical and mental well-being led me to start training and sparked my interest in exercise and body movement.

I became a personal trainer because I want to work with others to help them enjoy the challenge of training, achieve their exercise goals, and have a fit and healthy lifestyle.
