Are you all personal trainers, massage therapists, or physiotherapists?

We're movement coaches. While each of us will have our own strengths from our different professional backgrounds, movement is our common language. Our physios bring acute injury diagnosis & treatment to the table while our personal trainers bring strength and conditioning. Our manual therapists bring therapeutic treatment for chronic pain, stress, and muscle tension.

Together, ONI transforms you into the most efficient, pain free, and powerful version of yourself.

Are your services covered by ACC?

Our physiotherapist's treat all injuries which are covered by ACC including general accidents, sports related injuries, work related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and more. You do not need a referral to attend our clinic. ACC forms can be filled out on your first visit (please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment to allow time to fill out ACC forms).

Unfortunately, our other services such as personal training and manual therapy are not covered by ACC.

In-person appointments

The full amount will not be refunded if you choose to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. Late arrivals will be seen for the remainder of their appointment time only.

If ONI cancels a session for any reason, the session is void and shall be made up on a different date.

Speaking arrangements (workshops, talks, seminars)

Speaking arrangement fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the event, but fees may be applied to a future event within the following year. If cancelled before 14 days, the fee is 100% refundable. In the unlikely event that ONI must cancel an event in its entirety, you may choose to receive a refund of paid event fees or credit toward a future event within the following year.

While reasonable efforts will be made to adhere to the advertised package, ONI reserves the right to substitute alternate speakers and/or event content from those listed.

Do you offer student discount?

We offer student discounts for all services. Please contact info@oni.co.nz to verify your current student status (valid student ID) to receive a student discount.

Do you offer military discount?

We offer military discounts for all services. Please contact info@oni.co.nz and provide a scan of your valid military I.D to receive a military discount.
