Fresh out of university, I had no clue what I was going to do next. I played a lot of sport and the interest was always there for me to learn more. One day, I was in my local gym watching a trainer with their client. I saw the potential to inspire, educate, and help others. As I watched I thought to myself, “That's it. That's what I want to do”.
Three years later here I am. A journey that started as a simple curiosity into the life of a PT, to a full on passion about the human body and how it works.

I have benefited from Michael Lahood's personal training for about 2 years now. He has been instrumental in my progress towards having a fitter and stronger body. Michael is supportive and empathetic yet challenges me to work that bit longer/harder to continuously improve. He is passionate about helping me attain my goals - be it increased stamina or working on specific mobility/movement issues such as knees.
I came to Michael with serious issues around ligaments in my knees and at the time I was unable to walk properly. He did significant work around mobility and strengthening in order to make sure I not only was able to walk again but recently I completed an eight hour trek for the first time in 6 years. I also suffered from migraines and with the help of his management through exercise and trigger release I have been able to happily say these are almost a thing of the past. If you want a trainer who listens to you, understands injury and actually genuinely cares about your recovery then I would definitely recommend Michael.
