Headstand Tuck To Full

Cues:

  • Form a triangle with your hands and head as the base of your headstand

  • Smoothly lift your knees onto your triceps and lift slowly into your tucked headstand

  • Extend your legs fully so that you are vertical

  • Move back to a tucked headstand and repeat

  • Maintain breath
