We hear you. Nutrition can feel overwhelming and confusing. With so much information out there it can feel impossible deciding where to start and knowing what changes will actually make a difference to your long term health.
Our qualified Wellington nutritionists simplify the process for you by using evidence-based and carefully personalised nutrition plans, that are backed by science. Say goodbye to yo-yo dieting and unhealthy relationships with your food. We’ll educate you with all that we know, so that you gain the skills to gain real results, faster.
We'll work together to help you clearly define your goals, understand the steps needed to reach them, and also chat through your unique history. Important factors like your stress, exercise, and your relationships with food will also be discussed.
Once we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be, we’ll use this information to create a step by step nutrition plan that will get you to your goals as quickly and safely as possible.
Depending where you are on your nutrition journey, your plan may start with developing healthy habits first (we’ll use our app to help monitor and track how consistent these are) or if you’ve already got healthy habits in place then we can start with a more detailed approach.
Foundational habits for health come first though. Once those are consistent, we can implement more detailed strategies to fine tune your nutritional plan from there. For example - meal timings, more detailed nutritional content, and recovery protocols for athletes are only applicable after you have established healthy habits first.
We’ll work together to refine your nutrition plan together, creating an optimal and enjoyable journey towards healthier living.
Each week you'll meet with our Wellington nutritionists to help ensure you maintain continual progress, while building your independence and confidence.
We catch up regularly to ensure your plan is enjoyable and tailor suited to your lifestyle and needs - making sure you stay accountable, consistent, and motivated.
Congratulations! You've achieved your nutrition goals! Not only that, but along the way you've learned how to plan, stay organised, and maintain motivation for yourself confidently and effectively too.

We'll still be here to help you out if you need it, but you're now more than capable of managing your own nutritional habits.
