I've been to so many physios and gyms in the past and been given some exercises to do that feel like a carbon copy of what they told the last person to do.  The help offered at ONI was so in depth and catered so well for me that it created such a  huge impact in my fitness as well as improving things like mobility and posture . Also they have all the best equipment. I honestly can't recommend them strongly enough with a 5 star rating system.

What's the expected wait time for a consult?

While we can usually fit consultations in within a week of your sign up, please appreciate that some periods of the year may be busier for our personal trainers than others so it might take longer. We will try our best to get you in asap!

What can I expect in a consult?

Expect bants and a friendly conversation with our personal trainers. Talk to us! What are your goals? If you don't have any, that's all good. We can help you explore and discover a direction to head in. We also use this time as an opportunity to assess your movement to see how we can best achieve your goals. Eg some clients might need more mobility in their programs than others.

I don't know if personal training is for me. I don't even enjoy exercise!

We encourage you to ask yourself: "What is it about exercise that I don't enjoy?"

A lot of the time, it can be because "I'm just not good at it" or "I'm not confident or fit enough".

It's totally fine to feel like that in the beginning, but what if you could get 'better at it'? Or more coordinated and more confident? We can you help with that. Our personal trainers are here to support you on the way to living your life, how you want to live it.

I'm scared to set real goals for myself.

That's an amazing thing to recognise for yourself and you're definitely not alone. Goal setting can be confronting as you are faced with your own insecurities and challenges, but how else are you going to move forward? Would you rather stay where you are or would you rather pick up those challenges and live the life that you want? It's a hard road, but you don't have to do it alone. We're here to support you.
