How It Works

ASSESSMENT

All movement through life is the sum of many individual joints functioning together in collaboration. We assess the health of these joints and analyse how well they work together in order to build a clear picture of your situation.

TREATMENT PROGRAM

A plan is carefully constructed with you to improve weaknesses and develop key areas of mobility for you to achieve your goals. This involves an exercise program and strategies to build sustainable habits for long term results.

MASTERY

The world of movement is infinite. Once you have mastered the foundations of movement, you can apply them to any skill that interests you, whether it is handstands, weightlifting, or martial arts.

During my work with clients and athletes, I noticed many of them had faced injuries in the past. This sparked my interest in injury management and led me to become a neuromuscular physical therapist. Continuing my study through a degree and masters allowed me to deepen my understanding of human physiology and exercise science and apply the learnings in a practical way to help clients overcome their individual challenges.
