Scissor Kicks (Wall)

Cues:

  • Start with one leg on the wall and one leg vertical

  • The distance between your hands and the wall will dictate the difficulty (the further the distance, the more difficult this drill will be)

  • Float the two legs in a scissor motion, replacing each other’s original positions

  • Maintain breath
