Level 2 Re-Opening Update

Yes, we are re-opening the studio for personal training at level 2!

Having said that, if you are feeling more comfortable with online coaching for now, then of course you can continue. ONI online coaching isn’t going anywhere and is a service that we will continue to offer even post-lockdown.

Unfortunately our sports massage is not re-opening until level 1 at this stage, but you can still purchase gift vouchers at a discounted rate here (available until level 1).

For those that are returning to in-person sessions, here are steps we’re taking to ensure yours and everyone else’s safety:

• Physical distancing: We have marked the floors with 2m spacings to help you, your trainer, and others in the gym to maintain a safe distance.

• Hygiene: We will continue to maintain a high level of hygiene and wash hands between each client.

• Extra cleaning regime: Every piece of contacted equipment will be sprayed with hospital grade disinfectant and wiped down after each client. The gym is also cleaned in full more regularly as well.

• Appointment roster: You won’t have to worry about coming into a gym packed full of people because we are able to limit the amount of appointments we have at any one time as a private studio. To make this work though, we may at times ask to move your normal appointment time if it is in a peak time.
