2. Receive your training plan.

You'll receive lifetime access to your individualised training plan, specifically built for achieving your goals. We'll refine this together, creating an optimal and enjoyable program. Your plan includes:

  • Target sets, reps and other training metrics

  • Guidance on how to continually progress

  • Exercise video demonstrations

  • Descriptions for each exercise

  • Helpful coaching notes

  • Progress and habit tracking

3. Achieve your Goals.

Each week you'll go through personal training sessions at the gym, as well as your own weekly workouts you'll be responsible for completing.
