This workshop will run for 2 hours, blending theory & practical education throughout. Across the workshop, we’ll learn the following:

  • Common foot and ankle issues like plantarfasiitis, bunions, achilles tendonitis, shin splints, foot cramps

  • Foot and gait biomechanics

  • Myofascial release

  • Foot and ankle strengthening exercises

  • Balance and stability exercises
