Next Block: October 4th

Class is every Saturday at 11:00am - 12:00pm for 10 weeks in total, starting October 4th. Each session builds on the last, and every attendee will receive tailored exercises to continue their progress between classes. With limited numbers, our coaches can give you more individual attention and support.
