Small group strength training classes designed for women who want to feel confident lifting weights, build lasting strength, and become part of a positive, empowering community. Foundations Classes are structured in 8 week blocks with a focus on education and support. Open Classes are available once you’ve completed a Foundations 8 Week Block.
Whether you're brand new or coming back to fitness, we’ll meet you where you’re at and get you progressing!
If you’ve ever felt intimidated in the weights area or worried about doing it wrong, you’re not alone. Our classes are designed to help women build confidence, learn proper technique, and train in a space that feels welcoming and supportive. With expert coaching and a clear plan, you’ll know exactly what to do and feel good doing it.
Our classes are for women of all ages, body types, and experience levels. From first timers to intermediate lifters, everyone trains at their own pace here with expert guidance.
With Foundations Classes capped at 10, you’ll get individualised coaching to ensure you’re learning and progressing safely and effectively. At the end of each Foundations 8 Week Block, you’ll also receive an individualised program you can do either on your own or in our Open Class with guidance.
Join us each week for structured classes that are both fun and challenging. You’ll train alongside like minded women who celebrate progress with you every step of the way:
Foundations class: Thursdays 6:00pm and Saturdays 9:30am
Open class: Saturdays 10:30am
Our women’s health coaches focus on helping you lift with great technique and growing your confidence over time. You’ll learn the “why” behind the movements, get real time feedback, and gain strength and confidence in your abilities consistently.
At the end of each Foundations Block, you’ll receive an individualised program you can do either on your own or in our Open Class with guidance (Saturdays 11:00am).
Strength training is crucial to maintaining your health, particularly as you age. It helps to maintain and improve:

Struggling with a lack of structure, consistency, or motivation? Our dedicated womens strength classes will help you get organised with practical strategies to keep you making progress week to week, all while enjoying the process each step of the way.
