Wellington Womens Strength Classes

Small group coaching for Wellington women. Learn how to get stronger, build muscle, and feel confident in the gym. For all levels!

Small group strength training classes designed for women who want to feel confident lifting weights, build lasting strength, and become part of a positive, empowering community. Foundations Classes are structured in 10 week blocks with a focus on the fundamentals such as breathing, pelvic floor strength, and foundational strength training. Education, support, and community are priorities for us.

Our classes are for women of all ages, body types, and experience levels. From first timers to intermediate lifters, everyone trains at their own pace here with expert guidance.

With Foundations Classes capped at 10, you’ll get individualised coaching to ensure you’re learning and progressing safely and effectively. You’ll also receive a program on our app for each training block.

Join us each week for structured classes that are both fun and challenging. You’ll train alongside like minded women who celebrate progress with you every step of the way.

Our women’s health coaches focus on helping you lift with great technique and growing your confidence over time. You’ll learn the “why” behind the movements, get real time feedback, and gain strength and confidence in your abilities consistently.

Let go of the all-or-nothing mindset and learn how to develop positive habits and routines that support your health, fitness, and strength goals. This way you can create sustainable change to not only help you achieve your goals, but maintain them too.

Struggling with a lack of structure, consistency, or motivation? Our dedicated womens strength classes will help you get organised with practical strategies to keep you making progress week to week, all while enjoying the process each step of the way.
