Small group coaching for Wellington women. Learn how to get stronger, build muscle, and feel confident in the gym. For all levels!

Small group strength training classes designed for women who want to feel confident lifting weights, build lasting strength, and become part of a positive, empowering community. Foundations Classes are structured in 8 week blocks with a focus on education and support.

If you’ve ever felt intimidated in the weights area or worried about doing it wrong, you’re not alone. Our classes are designed to help women build confidence, learn proper technique, and train in a space that feels welcoming and supportive. With expert coaching and a clear plan, you’ll know exactly what to do and feel good doing it.

Wellington Womens Strength Classes

 
 
 

For women of all levels

Our classes are for women of all ages, body types, and experience levels. From first timers to intermediate lifters, everyone trains at their own pace here with expert guidance.

With Foundations Classes capped at 10, you’ll get individualised coaching to ensure you’re learning and progressing safely and effectively. At the end of each Foundations 8 Week Block, you’ll also receive a program on our app.

 
 
 

Supportive COMMUNITY

Join us each week for structured classes that are both fun and challenging. You’ll train alongside like minded women who celebrate progress with you every step of the way:

  • Foundations Class: Saturdays 10:30am

  • Phase 2 Class: Saturdays 9:00am (must have completed the Foundations block)

 
 
 

Coached by Wellington’s Best Womens Strength Coaches

Our women’s health coaches focus on helping you lift with great technique and growing your confidence over time. You’ll learn the “why” behind the movements, get real time feedback, and gain strength and confidence in your abilities consistently.

At the end of each Foundations Block, you’ll receive a program on our app.

Struggling with a lack of structure, consistency, or motivation? Our dedicated womens strength classes will help you get organised with practical strategies to keep you making progress week to week, all while enjoying the process each step of the way.
