With so much information out there it can feel impossible deciding where to start. We make training easier by teaching evidence-based, modern training methods, that are backed by science. We'll educate you with all that we know, so you can train smarter and see results faster.

1. Book a free consultation.

We'll work together to help you clearly define your running goals and then create an optimal plan to achieve them.

Once we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be, we'll use this information to create a step by step running training plan that will get you to your goals as quickly and safely as possible.

2. Receive your training plan.

All plans are individualised as no athlete or person is identical to another. We build and refine this together, creating an optimal and enjoyable program. Your plan includes:

  • Target distance, elevation, sets, reps and other training metrics

  • Guidance on how to continually progress

  • Exercise video demonstrations

  • Descriptions for each exercise

  • Helpful coaching notes

  • Progress tracking

Your running training plan is designed to be as easy to follow as possible. You'll know exactly what to do and how to do it.

 
 
 

3. Achieve your running Goals.

Each week you'll go through coaching sessions at the gym, as well as your own weekly workouts and runs you'll be responsible for completing.

These are important steps to ensure your continued progress, building your independence and confidence in your ability to train yourself.

Don't worry, your training plan makes it super simple to perform workouts on your own. We'll make sure your program is enjoyable and tailored to suit your lifestyle and needs.

Gait ANalysis

An epic show of full body control, handstands and all things hand balancing are our specialty. We’ve developed a system of simple regressions and progressions to help you achieve your first handstand or develop it even further.

Periodised Training Approach

Being able to pull and push your own bodyweight is a fantastic benchmark to have for upper body strength. Our Wellington based calisthenics coaches help everyday people master their body’s movement.

Muscle imbalances

If you have muscle imbalances limiting your running training, we will focus on alleviating those first and any postural limitations in order to improve the quality of your training.

Working together we'll find optimal exercises you enjoy, building strength in key areas that will ultimately help you move better and feel better.

With three children of my own and being 45 years old, I understand the importance of balancing family life and personal wellbeing. Hand balancing, handstands, calisthenics, and bodyweight movement have become my niche, and I am thrilled to incorporate these elements into my training approach.
