My Story
Qualifications:
New Zealand Certified Personal Trainer Level 4 & 5
Associates Degree of Health Science
Additional Upskilling:
GGS Pre & Postnatal Coaching Certification
Growing up as a tennis athlete, I was fortunate to always have a trainer nearby — someone to guide and support me in the gym. After completing my time as a student athlete at a university in Florida, I found myself training alone and quickly realised how much I missed that connection.
That experience inspired me to pursue a career in personal training. I wanted to help others feel confident in the gym, understand how to move well, and trust their bodies. After finishing my personal training studies, I spent a year and a half training athletes at a sports academy in Invercargill, which only deepened my passion for helping people move well and feel strong.
Since then, I’ve enjoyed a focus on women’s health — supporting clients who are working through discomfort, rebuilding confidence, and learning to move without fear.
My goal now is to use my journey and four years of experience as a trainer to create a space where every client feels supported, seen, and empowered to reach their goals. Outside the gym, I find joy in community and the outdoors. Growing up on a farm gave me a deep connection to nature, and I still seek balance through running, yoga, and bush walks. For me, movement is about freedom — choosing activities that feel good and contribute to overall wellbeing.
