Our expert running coaches will analyse your gait and help you optimise your training whether you’re preparing for your next ultra event, triathlon, or simply getting into running for the joy of it.
One on one run coaching that is personalised to help you reach your goals.
During your running coaching journey, you'll receive education and insights, equipping you with skills necessary to not only achieve your goals but maintain them too.
You will learn how to become your own running coach.
Running can be tough to navigate, especially when you’re unsure how to train effectively, balance mileage with recovery, or improve without getting injured. Whether you’re just starting out, chasing a marathon PB, or taking on a triathlon or ultra, it’s easy to hit plateaus, lose motivation, or feel stuck doing “more” without really getting faster or stronger.
Our Wellington run coaches remove the guesswork by using a structured, evidence-based approach tailored to your ability, goals, and training history. You’ll learn exactly how to build endurance safely, improve running efficiency, and structure your sessions for measurable progress.
We’ll make running simpler, smarter, and more rewarding; helping you perform at your best and actually enjoy the process along the way.
We'll work together to help you clearly define your running goals and then create an optimal plan to achieve them.
Once we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to be, we'll use this information to create a step by step running training plan that will get you to your goals as quickly and safely as possible.
No athlete or person is identical to another. We build and refine your plan based on your specific needs, history, and using information gathered from your gait and movement analysis.
Any areas that need to be addressed will be coached through with you and included in your tailored plan, creating an optimal and enjoyable program.
Each week, you’ll complete guided coaching sessions at the gym focused on strengthening imbalances, refining technique, and troubleshooting anything that may be getting in the way of your consistency, independence, and confidence as a runner.
Alongside these sessions, you’ll complete your own weekly runs and supplementary strength workouts, supported by an easy-to-follow plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. You’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how to keep progressing.
Your program includes:
Running and strength targets, with relevant metrics
Exercise video demos and descriptions
Helpful coaching notes and progress tracking
Whether you're preparing for a 5km, half marathon, ultra, or triathlon, our coaches will guide you through every phase of training with a plan that’s tailored to your ability, schedule, and goals.
From building your aerobic base to sharpening race day performance, we’ll ensure your program is structured, progressive, and sustainable; so you arrive ready to perform at your best.
Our detailed gait and movement assessments identify inefficiencies and imbalances across the spine, hips, knees, ankles, and feet.
By analysing your movement patterns and joint mechanics, we can pinpoint what’s holding you back and develop targeted strategies to improve running economy, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall performance.
Our programs follow a structured and periodised framework; balancing load, recovery, and progression across training blocks.
This approach ensures you develop the right qualities at the right time, whether you’re training for road or trails. Every phase is designed to build toward peak performance when it matters most.
If you have muscle imbalances limiting your running training, we will focus on alleviating those first and any postural limitations in order to improve the quality of your training.
Working together we'll find optimal exercises you enjoy, building strength in key areas that will ultimately help you move better and feel better.
There is still so much to learn about endurance sports, particularly for female athletes. Because of this, I'm constantly absorbing all that I can around the sports. I believe that running and coaching is best approached as both a science and an art. My coaching considers all aspects of training, recovery, nutrition, and life, to help you achieve your best. I want to help people find adventure, enjoyment, and empowerment through running, and to have a lot of fun along the way.
Tell us about your running goals and we'll let you know how we can best help.
