Sometimes you can’t avoid sitting at the computer all day and have tension in your neck as a result. Self massage is a super quick and easy way to keep that tightness at bay. Incorporating movement into massage allows you to free up more tissues and get your body out of restriction even quicker.
👉 Use your finger tips and drag along your skin as you move the opposite direction, essentially stretching and massaging at the same time.
