WELLINGTON Ostepath

ONI osteopaths take the time to listen properly and understand the full picture of what is going on. Treatment is then tailored to your body, your needs, and your goals, helping you move towards lasting improvements rather than just short term relief.

My Story

Qualifications:

  • PG. Dip (Osteo), BMSkH, BTEC L5 Dip (CSRM)

Before becoming an osteopath, I spent over a decade working as an engineer. A lower back injury during martial arts training changed everything. Experiencing the impact of hands-on therapy first-hand led me to retrain, and in 2017 I qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in the UK.

What started as a mobile massage service operating out of a Smart Car quickly grew into something more. After attending several osteopathic workshops, I realised this was the direction I wanted to take.

I moved to New Zealand on a working holiday visa and later completed a Bachelor’s in Musculoskeletal Health through Te Pūkenga New Zealand Institute of Skills & Technology. In 2024, I finished my Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy and officially launched my osteopath practice here in Wellington.

I combine hands-on techniques with a practical, problem-solving mindset shaped by my background in engineering, massage therapy and osteopathy. My treatment style is active and adaptable, using a “treat as you assess” approach to get the most out of every session.

Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic back pain, or dealing with postural tension from long hours at a desk, I offer osteopathic care that’s tailored to your needs. I also work with older adults, children and infants, treating everything from growing pains and colic to mobility issues and joint stiffness.
