Athletic Achievements:

  • 2016 NZIFBB Figure Competition - 3rd at Regionals, 4th at Nationals

  • 2020-2023 NZAPP Pole Dance Competitions - 2nd and 3rd, received Judges Wild Card and Best Costume

  • I am currently competing professionally in pole at national and international levels

With a background as a bodybuilding competitor, dancer, personal trainer, mother, and massage therapist, I bring a holistic understanding of the body to my work. My personal and professional journey has given me deep insight into the challenges people face—whether you're working from home, in an office, training hard, or just juggling the demands of life.

For over 15 years, I’ve been helping clients improve their posture, move better, and reconnect and feel more confident in their bodies. I’ve developed a passion for understanding how the body works, not just physically but in connection with the mind and overall well-being.

I love offering massage therapy as well as personal training because I truly believe the combination of movement, strength, and recovery creates the best results. Massage and training should both have a regular place in your self-care routine, whether your goal is better performance, injury prevention, stress relief, or simply feeling better in your body.

I look forward to helping you make your body feel happy, strong, and supported—whether it’s through massage therapy, personal training, or a combination of both.
