Managing Symptoms

Explore common challenges associated with EDS and hypermobility, such as pain, fatigue, instability, flare-ups, and difficulty recovering. We’ll talk through practical ways to think about these challenges and discuss strategies that may help you manage them more effectively in everyday life.

Building Supportive Routines

Learn how daily habits, pacing, and self-management strategies can play an important role in living well with EDS and hypermobility. The goal is to leave with useful guidance and a clearer sense of how to create routines that better support your health and wellbeing.
