Your weight loss journey at ONI starts with a free consultation. We’ll work with you to clearly define your goals, understand where you’re currently at, and identify what support you need to get there.

From there, we’ll create a step-by-step plan that helps you make progress as quickly, safely, and sustainably as possible.

 
 
 

2. Build Healthy Habits.

Sustainable weight loss is built on habits, not quick fixes. We’ll help you create a consistent exercise routine first, then gradually work on the food habits, mindset, and lifestyle factors that support long term progress.

Depending on what you need, we may also connect you with one of our nutrition coaches, but we’ll take it one step at a time so you feel supported, not overwhelmed.

 
 
 

3. Achieve your Goals.

Each week, you’ll complete personal training sessions at ONI alongside your own structured workouts. These extra sessions are designed to keep you progressing while also building your confidence and independence in the gym.
