 Meet your Workshop facilitator

Jhene Rozak

Injury Workshop Facilitator

Throughout my many years as a Personal Trainer, I have worked extensively with acute injuries, both personally and professionally and I have found a lack of guidance for self motivated rehab.

Injuries are something that everyone tends to experience multiple times within their lifetimes and I believe everyone would benefit from having the fundamental information on how to deal with recovery more proactively.

Guidelines for acute injury care have come a long way from the old advice of RICE- (Rest/Ice/Compression/Elevation). This workshop will help people learn new tools to use when the inevitable next injury happens.

Next Workshop: 19th September

When: September 19th 2026 at 10:00am - 12:00pm
Location: ONI - Level 1, 124 Dixon Street
Price: $200
