Movement wasn’t always something I loved. Growing up, I wasn’t the most coordinated, fastest, or naturally athletic person, exercise often felt more like a chore than something to enjoy. What changed? My mindset! I wanted to move my body to feel stronger, faster, more mobile rather than just look a certain way. With a background in competitive powerlifting and CrossFit I hope to help others experience the joy of feeling empowered through strength training.
With over seven years of coaching experience, much of my work focuses on supporting women to age well by preventing frailty, improving bone health, building muscle, and teaching how to fuel your body to perform and feel its best. Alongside this, I also work with a wide range of clients looking to build general strength, muscle, and fitness.
I know the gym can feel like an intimidating space to many, so I always strive to create a supportive environment where movement feels empowering, and my clients can feel confident in their ability to achieve their goals in a safe and sustainable way.
