My Sports Background:
Before coaching, I was deep in sport myself — I competed in top-league Handball in Argentina, as well as competitive football, swimming, and tennis.
On the coaching side, I’ve worked with athletes across a wide range of sports, including handball, basketball, tennis, triathlon, marathon running, swimming, cricket, martial arts, football, and more.
I’ve also held more formal performance roles like:
Head Fitness Coach — Wellington United Premier League Men’s Team
National Head Coach — NZ U21 Men’s Handball Team (Oceania Challenge Cup)
That mix of being an athlete and a coach really shapes how I help people perform, move, and stay resilient.

Hey, I’m Pablo — a movement nerd who loves helping people feel strong, mobile, and genuinely good in their bodies.
I’ve spent more than 25 years exploring human performance, athletic development, mindful movement, and how the mind and body work together. My whole approach is about helping you connect those dots — so training feels enjoyable, pain-free, and powerful… not like a battle with your body.
I love helping people build body-awareness and real confidence through movement. For me, it’s not just about getting stronger — it’s about helping you feel more capable in everyday life. I use a mix of modern biomechanics, fascia-focused mobility, strength training, and breathwork to help your whole system move and adapt better.
