Neck Tension Release
Yoga block neck release 💆♂️
This helps decompress the cervical spine (neck), decreases tension, and helps with posture by encouraging proper neck position.
When you spend a lot of time on your phone or computer screen, you tend to have slumped posture where the head is forward and this strains the neck excessively.
Use these exercises to reduce your neck tension while working to achieve a better neck and head posture.:
Lie on the yoga blocks to massage your neck. Rotate your head from side to side to release the different muscles in the area.
Use chin tucks to encourage better head posture and deepen the massage release.
Try these exercises for 30 seconds each exercise and repeat if necessary.
