Adam here! I had an absolute BLAST taking this crew through their first Strength Workshop last week: Shoulder Mobility for the Squat!

In this workshop, we covered:

⚡️Fundamental differences between the High Bar and Low Bar Squat.
⚡️An in depth discussion and analysis of the anatomy of the shoulder joint.
⚡️Ways to train the shoulder joint to improve strength in positions relevant to the Low Bar Squat.
⚡️Cues and tips to improve Squat set up, for a more comfortable and strong start position.

This was such an excellent discussion, with so many awesome questions raised by the group 👏

Next month, we'll be breaking down the deadlift in a similar way! Discussing cues, and the muscles these cues act on, in order to get a STRONGER deadlift over time. This will be taking place at ONI on Saturday the 7th of June.
