Wellington Women's Strength & Fitness Classes Returns for 2026!
We are super exited to announce that with a fresh take from Abi and Shaylee, our Women’s strength and fitnesses classes are back!
These classes are designed especially for beginners who want to learn about their body, feel confident in the gym, learn proper technique, and gain build strength in a supportive, small group environment.
Every session blends education with expert coaching, a relaxed pace, and a strong sense of community. Whether you’re completely new to strength and gym training or just want to build a solid foundation for health, this is the perfect place to start.
